I believe that one of the three ways to order ppv is free, but I don't remember which one it is. Online = $1.00?? Calling in and talking to a rep = $5.00?? and through your remote (via always hooked up phone line) = free????
And when seeing "online", I also think computer.

Actually, SacsTC, ordering PPV online is FREE! This is from the DirecTV website:

"Each movie is only $3.99 when ordered online or by remote."

This is also from their website:

"There is an additional $1.50 charge when Pay Per View events and movies are ordered by phone utilizing the automated ordering system or an additional $5.00 charge for an operator-assisted order."
