Furrion stereo

I have a 2020 Keystone Hideout and have only used it three times. I can not get the stereo to come on. It has power to it, the inline fuse is good but it won’t turn on. Any help would be appreciated.

I hope someone can help you, but Furrion is junk.
About a month ago in the very dry southwest, I inadvertently touched my Furrion active subwoofer and gave it a static electric shock. Out of the corner of my eye, I saw the power indicator light on the subwoofer go out.
I checked the fuse: good, I checked the 12v power going to it: good. Opened it up and found nothing obvious. It's fried beyond my capabilities.
The new Blaupunkt subwoofer was cheaper and sounds way better.

Welcome to the forum.

What model Furrion do you have?

You say it "won't turn on" does that mean when you press the "on" button, nothing at all happens? You say it has power to it but do you see any indication of that on the head/face of the unit? ...the display is not lit or is anything lit when you hit the power button?

If you do have power to the unit, have you already tried the "paper clip reset" procedure to reset everything back to factory default?

Yes the on/off button is red and lights on top of the unit are lit up and yes I’ve used the reset button, checked the inline fuse and unplugged the unit from power for several minutes but still nothing.
