Backup your sensitive data,

Download ComboFix.exe A guide and tutorial on using ComboFix
Run ComboFix.exe

Download tfc.exe "Temp File Cleaner by oldtimer"
Run tfc.exe

Boot to safe mode, run maleware bytes and spybot search and destroy

boot to normal mode run a good antivirus (AVG, MSSE, Norton, Mcafee, etc)

If this doesn't clean it reload it.
