Has anyone been warned/cancelled for roaming with Tmobile Home?
I've looked everywhere and have not seen anyone actually get cancelled or warned. I find this pretty surprising since T-Mobile Roam has been out for a while. I've made a few short trips in 2024 and one this year. Anyone?

Not I. Working just fine as of today. No notice of impending doom either.

T-Mobile@Home Does Not Allow Roaming Any Longer
I had T-Mobile@home and it worked until recently when they changed the rule about roaming. Fall of 2024 the rules changed. I changed to T-Mobile Business 5G which allows roaming (it's the same price). However, you must be able to register the account to a business or it is unavailable. Fortunately, I have a business which is the reason I needed to be able to roam. Hope this helps.

I had read numerous items about T-Mobile at home enforcing that roaming was not allowed. I called T-Mobile who confirmed that the roaming was going to be terminated. On a trip to Walt Disney World's Fort Wilderness my @home service would not work. That's when I returned home and signed up for T-Mobile Buisness 5 G. It's the same price and has worked without issues. Also, since it is a business account you get priority on the nextwork. Thus, speeds and service is much better. Hope this helps. The only negative for some people is they may not have a business to affiliate the account with.

Thanks for the info, but I'm kind of skeptical that TM would just stop the service. Wonder if you had some kind of hardware failure. Cutting you off w/o some notice or at least a notice you've been cut off would be a terrible business practice. All good, glad you found an alternative.

+1 - Verizon just enforced geo fencing on my home internet service "Nov 24" that I had been using on the road for 2 to 3 years. I put in to cancel it online but still received 3 or more e-mail from them to call them to discuss other options.

I've read it all. That's totally different from what you're describing. Cell companies do not stop your service without written warning (Email, mail, and/or text messages with end of date warnings). I'm pretty web savvy, been on many forums and web sites. I've not found one instance of what you describe happening to anyone else. Read this thread, why did they single you out? I've had and used mine for about 14 months now. Sorry...

That's a bummer. I know it's coming with TM, I hope I get a few months notice. I'm really shocked it hasn't happened yet.

T Mobile Home Internet
I have been travelling to different parts of the country for a little over a year now and have not had any issues with my T-Mobile home internet. I am currently at a Wildlife Refuge outside of Austin TX. Just ran a speed test and have 592 down and 58 up. I would say it works fine still.
