But you never said why you want to run HDMI from where your "BOMB" is to each TV. Maybe to distribute a signal from a satellite receiver, or a DVD player or.....?
What is your goal here?
Since you said the connection from the external "cable" input now goes directly to a Dish receiver and into your front TV via an HDMI cable I'll guess you want that same feed into your second TV. There are wireless ways to do this that will have to also include an HDMI splitter (another electronic box).
As far as HDMI from the batwing antenna - that just doesn't make sense as that receives over-the-air radio frequency signals that any newer TV can handle an produce as-good-as, if not better, signal than any HDMI Device - even on sub par RG59.
