Help! Pepwave Router won't connect!

We have been in Alaska last 8 weeks. Yesterday we crossed Canadian border and now in Yukon. I unplugged router to reset and now it will not connect. I have both AT&T and Verizon Sim cards in it. We have LTE 3 bars R service on our Verizon Mifi and Verizon phones but I cannot get router to connect. It's been doing this all night?Click image for larger version

Bill-

"Unable to reach web admin..." means your computer is not connected to the router reliably. This error occurs when the router is restarting after a reconfiguration (usually, that is).

Can you connect your computer to a wired Ethernet port on the router and see if you can get to the administration Web page that way? You're not using the wireless radio(s) on the router, so you should have a more reliable connection.

Whatever problem you may have on the WAN side of the router, you need a reliable connection to the router itself.

What model PepWave router is it? I have a PepWave Surf SOHO, version 3. It appears as if the router management interface is similar to yours.

What happens if you refresh the browser on that screen? It obviously was connecting at first or you wouldn't have got that far. Does the page refresh and then "Unable to reach web admin" after some time or what?

I agree with Mark above but also in my experience "Unable to reach web admin" or similar happens when you reboot or make some config change to the the router and it needs to restart or at least partially restart. Your browser has the html and Javascript from the initial page load which did work but then (hopefully temporarily) loses contact with it. Maybe it's constantly rebooting or something. Maybe a power problem?

You shouldn't have go to a wired connection but I agree that would eliminate one possible issue.

Thank you both for the help. I did have to get out the ethernet cable to get to the web admin page thru my laptop. I also had to check the little roaming box on both Sims before it actually connected to Telus. I should be good now..!
