How do you secure your equipment?
I have to secure the audio/video equipment in the overhead cabinets so they don't move/bang around. Just wondering how everyone else does it?

I use the rubber shelf liner stuff on some things and velcro on many others.

Velcro here too
My video cabinet is floored with the loop end of a velcro pair. The box on the bottem gets feet made of the loop side and I just stack 'em up with loop & hook pairs.
Nothing has fallen in over a year. But I do keep the cabinet closed when we travel. If I didn't have a door I would use straps as well as velcro. CW sells glue on straps that are plenty strong.

We use earthquake putty also called museum putty or poster tack.

No, it's real. It is the consistency of Play Do but tacky enough to hold objects in place. They can be easily removed and the putty can also.
My wife uses it to keep clutter pieces in place. (She calls them decorative pieces.)
I use it to keep the electronic stuff from sliding around.

No such thing. I don't believe in anything I hear and only half of what I see. If I can find a use for it I'll order some, or pick it up the next time I'm at HD. Thx.
BTW, how long does it last and does it have a shelf life before it has to be used?

Only loose electronic is the 20" flat screen. Wrap it in leftover bubble wrap and stick it on the dinette bed in the corner where it meets the kitchen counter. It never moved once all summer when traveling. When we are camping, it goes on top of the closet.
My TT does have a place for a wall mount bracket over the closet, but I would be more afraid the arm would bend, and I hate losing the closet top counter space for when we don't want to bring the TV.
I use teacher putty for other items in the trailer - it is holding my backsplash to the wall by the stove. Got mine at Big Lots.
