I think my Winegard G3 died
It has been acting up for a while. Now I get "No Switch hook to a DISH Wally. I know the Wally Works for I checked it with a King Tailgater.
So to dig into the issue, I removed the cable from the Wally, the G3 cover, and powered up the G3 to watch it. It appeared to fine all three Sats and settle in on the 119. Now connect the Wally and power it up.
First boot shows switch SW64 I think that's it, what it always was, but only shows Sat Signal for 119, that is the others are not listed in the status screen. Go the the signal strength and I get 50 but you can't select 110 or 129 .,it jumps back to 119 And the dish does not move when you select. That is at the bottom of the screen. Even if you have selected 110 11, it says Sat 119 lock at the bottom.
If I power down the Wally or run check switch, I end up with "switch none" but I do get programming off 119 like ESPN SD. I have rebooted the think 50 times but no love
