Take a look at the "Mobile Internet Resource Center" linked below. They are also the ones linked to above with the OTR Switches to T-Mobile YouTube video.
This is the "Go-To" site for mobile internet! Just FYI, it's a constantly changing game as well. What might be the latest and greatest option this month can be long gone by next month! The folks at MIRC post regular updates (like several a week) with all the changes going on.
Best of luck!

Wineguard 360
I use to use cell phone hot spot or jet pack, I bought a new unit and it has Wineguard 360. It’s been amazing so far. It accepts Wineguard, AT&T, and Verizon SIM cards. It’s also a cellular and WiFi extender. Operates off of your DC current so you will not need AC to use it. So far so good.

Netgear, ATT unlimited, weboost Drive x
We run everything off a Netgear MR1100 LTE router with ATT unlimited through ATThotspot.com ($60 per month) connected to Weboost Drive X. We have 3 laptops, 2 ipads, 2 streaming Roku sticks, and a printer scanner on the network.
We just completed a 2 week trip from Houston to Florida and did not have any issues. Even with all the devices connected, we were able to watch TV and edit video on the PC without issue while driving down the highway.

We use a combination that seems to be working okay. We use our iphones. with unlimited data, as hotspots (Verizon is our service provider) when we are in the motorhome...we mostly do web browsing, no streaming of movies. We also have a Straight Talk hotspot (which also happens to use the Verizon network) we bought at WallyWorld that is essentially a pay as you use it setup with no contract. The hotspot connects our blink cameras when we are not in the coach--a handy, fairly inexpensive, way of monitoring the RV temperature and activities of the pooch; and our printer. If we don't use the iphones when browsing it's pretty easy to consume the data on the Straight Talk hotspot in a couple of weeks and have to repurchase more data, but using the combination works reasonably well.

My 2 cents. Forget about wifi in parks. They are public and they are slow. We use hotspots. We have Verizon on one phone, and Consumer Cellular (AT&T) on the other. We have a hotspot for each service. The CC costs are less, but Verizon works in some areas where AT&T doesn't (especially out West). The CC data cost is cheaper, but if you want to stream movies, you will use up the CC quickly. Verizon offers more data, but is more expensive. Just remember that streaming uses lots of data.

FWIW because Consumer Cellular is a reseller its coverage map is not exactly the same as AT&T's. Nor is service provided outside the US.

We have used the Verizon MIFI for several years, I’m sure ATT and others have similar plans, in Jan.2019 Verizon was offering a truly unlimited data plan for $40 per month and I jumped on it. I don’t know if it is still available, it has always been fast enough for us. We have came off the road and are settling in to sticks and bricks so we’ll be dropping that plan and going with Spectrum cable and giving up the MIFI. But we enjoyed it, we’ve had the MIFI for 3 years but just had the unlimited plan just over a year.

A problem with threads such as this one is that our RV community consists of a mix of folks, some of whom use their RVs once or twice a month for a few days at a time, and, others who live in their RVs full-time. The internet needs of the two groups are vastly different so the proposed solutions offered are, typically, relevant to one group or the other.
As an example, of the two FMCA plans noted above, one is a Verizon plan limited to ~45 GB and the other is an unlimited Sprint plan. 45 GB/mo isn't enough to support a full-time internet connection for most people and Sprint's coverage is the most limited of the major carriers. But for vacation and weekend use these plans may well be acceptable. It's all in the frame of reference of the the observer.

George,
Check out OTR Mobile, great service and price although their support can be lacking and frustrating at times.

FWIW everything we know about OTR Mobile is essentially null and void. Most OTR subscribers are being "migrated" to T-Mobile from AT&T and none of us know how things will work out.

I just exchanged texts with them and they said the Nethear Nighthawk MR1100 is “the only device that won’t work” and that “ We are no longer activating att lines we have t-mobile for $80 hotspot“
