Hi folks. I am in the Navy and I will be leaving my family behind while I move to Norfolk to do my 2 year sea tour on the TRUMAN. I will be living on my RV while I am not out to sea predominantly at military base Family Camps. I am looking for an internet solution that
a) allows me connectivity from my RV (don't want to have to go to Starbucks all the time) and,
b) I can deactivate when I go out to sea for a couple of months
Thanks

Sprint and Verizon's BroadBand EVDO service is the way to go. which one you pick depends on coverage.

They both let you suspend service for up to 3mos at a time, with certain restrictions.
