Jensen Entertainment Centers

I am not able to get sound out of my B and C speakers. They light up but no sound. Previously these worked. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Welcome to the Forum.
What rig is it in? Make, model and year probably will help those learned heads here.

Click on screen name and u will see it is an Itasca Sunova 30A - its easy!

My guess it is a loose connection, bad selector switch. Can you pull it out and see if the speaker wires came loose?

My daughter bought a TT with a Jensen entertainment center. It doesn't work. I was able to locate an owners manual online. I will try to attach it to this post. Notice on page 6 item number 10. It is a magic button you push with a pen. Didn't do anything for her, I guess all the magic was used up. Maybe it will help solve your problem but I am not too hopeful. It appears Jensen doesn't make this particular model any more. Good Luck

You may ned to pull that Jensen out and see if the wiring is actually connected. The manual for whatever unit you have will be available on the Jensen web site to check out that wiring. Then, it might just be another junk Jensen stereo that the only recourse is th junk it and start over. I am NOT a fan of that less then formerly great brand as ours is way less then good. Furrion, which many OEMs are now using is not much if any better either.

Especially if you're not the first owner. I've disconnected power from my Jensen unit, so it's sort of obvious it doesn't work, but someone could have disconnected outputs if they didn't want those accidentally turned on.

I have gone to the point that I installed a toggle switch on the power feed so that the alarm that was never set wouldn't go off at some dark hour of the night - or when no one was there. I also dislike that blue light that I turned off but wasn't and came up unannounced and full blast on occasion.
