King Dome KD3200-30

I have a King Dome 3200-30 in my motor home. A previous owner had direct tv in it. I found the remote controls.

I contacted King Dome and they told me to get a Direct tv H24 receiver. I found one on ebay.

I installed it and the King Dome locks on the satellite , I called direct tv and activated the receiver but I get a 722 code and a message saying that b band converter is required.

I have one on order and I'll try it this weekend.

King Dome is telling me that I don't need the bill band converter and the receiver is not activated. Direct tv is telling me that it is required.

Searching online i see that the h24 requires the b band in non sw applications. King is telling me that I need to set the dish to 18" lbn and multi switch.

I'm stumped. Thoughts?

I have the King Dome Rover with an H24 receiver and no B band converter in my 06 Charleston and these are my settings.
Dish type. 18 x 20 triple-sat LNB
Switch type. Multi-Switch

I only receive SD and it is very sensitive to obstruction when searching for satellite. Hope this helps

Thanks, maybe I have the wrong dish selected in the setup. I'll give that a try next. My dish is a 2010 model, KD3200-30. It's an in motion dish.
