KVH R4SL, do i need to flash RF1?

I just picked up a used R4SL and flashed the main board to dish. That part appears to be smooth. But, check switch was failed. What caught my eyes was RF1, it shows version being 1.5 DVB/DSS LM. Isn't it for Direct TV (this antenna was configured for DTV)?. When I tried to flash RF1, the wizard couldn't retrieve RF1 version so it says it does not support RF1.

Any thoughts? Appreciate guidance and comments...

an update for those interested -

according to serial no i have been confirmed that the rf board needs to be software upgraded. i did but ran into an error - the ROM couldn't be flashed. talked to a technical support at kvh - surprisingly he was very helpful in technical terms - he said the board is bad, and a new board would cost $500... here is a screen shot on upgrade wizard:



I will either try to get a used board, or trash it eventually if no way out. i won't spend $500 for a new board which may be down again in the future. a poor quality product does not worth investing...
