LED's at WalMart

Did I read that WalMart is selling a LED replacement
for our fluorescent light tubes? (I think mine is a T-8)


Have any of you tried them?

Haven't seen them at WalMart, but I have a T8-18 from StarLights that have proven to work excellent for over a year. It replaced one bulb in a 2-bulb fixture, and I turned the other 2 fixtures off. Have plenty of light from just the one LED.

We got ours from MarineBeams.com and could not be happier. Thou we have started to see more and more LED lights to replace others at Lowe's. Not sure about Walmart as we just don't go to that store very much.

They are very bright, moved them from the bedroom and put them in the kitchen where I wanted more light. In the bedroom we are trying out some different types of rolls of LEDs and making our own.
