Lubricating Winegard Trav'ler

While I haven't had any problems with the Trav'ler, it is approaching 10 years without maintenance. I can't find any info on lubrication internally. I think I am getting a little play on the azimuth ring though. I do use a little white grease/PTFE spray on outside moving parts a couple times a year. Any one have info on internal lubrication?

I would check and see if Winegard even recommends it. Sometimes mechanisms intended for outdoor use are designed with 'self-lubricating' (low friction) parts and adding lube has the potential to gum things up and collect dirt, IOW more negative than positive effect.

I agree, perhaps there is a reason they don't publish any lubrication recommendations.
But, a call to the guy that designed and built it is never a bad idea as opposed to some Internet Experts.
