MIMO Antenna

Looking for an roof mount omni antenna for my MOFI 4500.

Must be MIMO and one that you actually use and are happy with.

No ladder or window mounts.

I added one of these directly above my "Technology" cabinet. It has dual MIMO (4 leads) which allows dual device use if needed at some point in the future.

I've had mine installed for over 2 years and has worked very well all over the western USA.

I have one of these which I bought as part of a bundle with a Pepwave router/modem.

I haven't mounted it on the RV yet but will do hopefully in the next week or so after many hours of thinking about and researching the best way to do the cable entry.

For the absolute top performance in a true omni directional roof mount, check out the Parsec "husky pro ". I have enough rf experience to recognize that this one nails it especially with regard to the ground plane requirement. Bypass the amateurish language such as "grounding plane" or "ground plate" written by folks who don't understand antenna theory (or the importance/role of a ground plane) and contact parsec directly and you learn that, unlike other antennas spec'd with a full 24x24 inch external ground plane, the parsec has an internal ground plane that provides 85% of the gain performance. Other antennas loose a couple of dB gain without an external ground plane.

I just can't spend almost $400 on an antenna.

I am not sure what connectors your device uses.

I have 2 of these. One mounted at my house and the other mounted on the ladder rack on top of my 5th. You can mount it a wide variety of ways though.

I remote work so connection is important to me. I have been happy with the performance vs cost vs ease of use. I do see improve signal (not bars) and improved speeds with it.
