Use the IMEI from the mobley. The sim can be in your hand, doesn't matter. I told them I got locked out of the Mobley and after 3 tries it told me to call them for the PUK. After they give you the PUK thank them, hang up, put the sim in the other device, enter any pin 3 times, it should lock you out and ask for the PUK. Once you enter it and it lets you go in and change the PIN number so you know it and ATT doesn't.
