Mobley device keeps turning off every 30 min
I've been using the Mobley device on the internet but it keeps turning off every 30 minutes.
The small brochure that came with the Mobley says to Change Settings go to AT&T Wifi Manager at attwifimanager then log in with default password attadmin.
The two pages that came with the 120V cord says to enter the default IP address 192.168.1.1, enter password attadmin, go to Settings, Advanced, Power Save, choose "No Time Out" option, then press Apply. Now your Mobley won't power off.
I tried both ways and never could find a log in for the password. What am I doing wrong or not doing at all?
Appreciate any help here, turning it back on every 30 minutes is really tiring.

You have to be connected to the ATT Mobley WiFi, then enter the 192.168.1.1 address in the URL bar on your browser. The log in screen that looks like below should come up and enter "attadmin". Go to the settings menu and select the Advanced tab, then under that tab select Power Save. That gives you the time out options and select No Time Out. I selected it on mine and it doesn't turn off.

Thanks Dan. I had done just as you stated in your first sentence but instead of the log-in page all i got was a whole list of AT&T sites, both Mobley and otherwise, which none of them were any kind of log-in site. I'll keep trying. This is just typical of my limited knowledge and experience with computers, nothing ever shows up or works like instructions I'm trying to follow. There's always a break-down in the list of "things to do" that I'm supposed to follow.
Boy, that 30 minutes is a real drag.

Enter 192.168.1.1 in the LEFT window at the top of your browser.

Golly, thanks a lot for that info. I usually use the box in the middle of the page and never realized it made a difference where you typed in the address. Anyway, I got there by using that box up in the corner so now I'll just wait to see if I get timed out.
These things get trickier more as the years go by. Just glad I have this Forum to rely on, or I wouldn't even have been able to get the Mobley and the AC conversion cord to be able to use it in the motor home.

I have my mobley in the S&B, with a home made AC adapter. It works great - but - it turns off overnight, every night. It is set to no time out. any ideas?

Please define "turns off" ... any lights lit on Mobley?
I have found mine is more likely to drop the connection if the Mobley is left powered up and the laptop is powered off for a few hours or so. A Mobley power cycle restores the link. I'm guessing but it looks like Mobley/At+T drops the connection if there is no data traffic for some period of time.

Put it on a cheap timer like for Christmas lights or a lamp and set it for the middle of the night to power down for just a minute or so and it will be good for the rest of the day, this is what we do and no more issues.
