Mobley problem solved! Yaaa!

I put the Mobley on a timer that resets it every two hours and that solved the timeout problem.

I was still having to shake it two or three times a day when it would go to sleep. I have been using it with a regulated AC adapter. Some of you suggested using a unregulated adapter. I changed to an old adapter from my junk box. SHAZAM! It works! I have not had to shake it in several days!

Thanks guys!

Joe I'm not sure why you didn't buy the Netgear Unite Explore when we were talking about it a year ago. You can read the other threads to learn what to do with it - SURE would have saved you all these headaches AND had a better radio.
Keep it between the ditches.

Glad you found the fix.
I have been posting the fix on several forums going into detail on regulated and unregulated and how to tell the difference.

Yours is the first feed back saying it actually worked I had given up posting on the subject even though I was pretty sure it worked as it did form me on several test..

Cause I'm a tightwad? That was filed as a last resort if I couldn't get the Mobley working satisfactorily.

Well, it's been a week now and I haven't had to wake up the Mobley a single time! I really am a happy camper!
