Are you aware of the fact that using an in-motion satellite system limits you to using Dish Network if you want to receive HD (no in-motion system will receive DirecTV HD)?

Also an in-motion system is essentially a one channel at at time system and is not well suited to using a DVR if you are interested in watching one channel and recording another. Because of these issues many RVers have gone to fixed (non-motion) systems such as the Winegard Trav'ler.

Unless you have some burning desire to watch TV while driving down the road you would be FAR better off installing the Wineguard Trav'lr dish. Our coach came with the Winguard InMotion. Because it can only use one sat at a time it is a PIA if you want to watch one TV in the LR and another in the BR. We had a Trav'lr installed. Sees all three sat at the sat time and much better reception in bad weather and one TV can change channels without knocking the other off air.

Has anyone considered two in-motion domes for a DVR with two tuners? I have one and I can make my two-tuner work with it, sort of. I am on the lookout for a second, used dome.
