OneNote
Anyone using OneNote to keep notes on Campgrounds you've visited or would like to visit? I have found that there are so many CGs in RV Parky and Campground Reviews and at least 50% or more are rejected (by me) for various reasons (very bad reviews, doesn't have amenities I'm looking for, etc). So in order to select and save those that look the best, I'm saving them in OneNote. Saving links to CG website, the CG map, CG Reviews, and Google Earth view. I now have collected about 350 CGs in 36 states. As I travel, I'll be able to add my own personal notes about them. I can add new ones and delete bad ones (or leave them in and document why I don't ever want to visit there again). I do all this because I can't remember things or they all start to run together....was that this CG or that one. It's organized by State which I think will work well. OneNote allows me to access them from computer, laptop, or cell phone.
As you can see, I need to get my RV really soon.

Here's an example entry for one campground
Capital City RV Park
Montgomery, AL
17 miles NE of Montgomery
170 miles to Mobile
84 miles to Columbus
90 miles to Birmingham
CG located NE of Montgomery near Wetumpka
Off the path if travelling along the Interstates in the area
88 sites back in and plenty of large pull through sites, FHU
Very Good to Excellent Reviews, a little out of the way but looks like a very good CG
Website - Capital City RV Park Montgomery, AL
Campground Reviews - Capital City RV Park - Montgomery, AL - Campground Reviews
Campground Map - http://capitalcityrvpark.net/www.cap...l%20City_1.pdf
Google Map - https://www.google.com/maps/@32.4524.../data=!3m1!1e3
When I click on Alabama (to open it), I see just the names of all the CGs I've saved in Alabama, like Capital City RV Park. When I select this campground I see the information listed above.

I compiled all this while I was confined to bed after recent surgery, in case you were wondering. Thought I may as well make good use of my time.

It will be interesting to see what you think of a campground after actually visiting it yourself.
You and I could visit the same RV park and have two completely different opinions about the place.
I sometimes look at the reviews but there are times when traveling that the RV park is the only one in the area that I'm going through so, good or bad reviews, I stay there overnight.
Helps to stay busy after surgery, about went crazy after open heart surgery. Keep on researching!

I agree about opinions. The CG reviews were filled with examples of contradictions of reviews. I rejected based on things like a CG was not Big Rig Friendly, or unanimous negative reviews, etc. At least I've picked the best and eliminated the worst as a starting point.
And I've included CGs in places like Odessa that I would only be looking for an overnight in between larger more interesting locations.

I have something like that in an Excel spreadsheet. Since we are lonnggg, 46'5th wheel and an HDT truck, I have sites listed as usable in addition to which one we were in.

I use OneNote synced via OneDrive. My notebooks are available on all of my devices. It's a great tool.

Using OneNote
I have been using one note for about 5 years, I like it, have a bunch of business things on multiple pages and then have travel info pages like various member numbers like Passport America, thousand trails flying j etc and then have reservations sections for current trip and future. Have started to add campground reviews recently.
I'm a fan of it
