Pepwave CAT 12 dual modem router question

I just got this router and had it set up by the supplier. When they set it up I had a verizon sim in modem 1 and tmobile in 2. I decided this weekend to add my Calyx sprint sim to the router and once I put it in, second slot in modem 1. On the Pepwave site it shows that it recognized the second sim but thats all.

Does anyone know what settings I need to change for this new sim to activate and be used by the router. I am going to reach out to the seller but thought I would ask this forum.

You can only have one sim active per modem at a time. You have to go to the admin page on the router and switch to Sim B only. This will deactivate the Verizon sim and use the Caylx.

Not true for this model. Assuming it is max transit dual modem model.
Did your vendor setup bonding for you?

Also calix uses sprint then fails over to T-Mobile. So was this working is your supplied hotspot before ?
