Rand McNally Dock Error getting updates
When trying to update my RVND 7735 using the Dock program, I get the following screen after it did a comparison to see what files needed updating.

After a minute or so, I then get this screen saying that it could not connect to the server.

Does anyone have an idea of what is going on? Is their server down? Or do I have another issue?

I just connected mine and everything is working normally. An update is downloading now. I had that happen once, phoned tech support and was told to uninstall, then download and install the latest Dock version.
