Renogy Battery Monitor

I have installed the Renogy Battery monitor, and have replaced my aged battery to a 4 6V Interstate Lead Acid battery. They are suppose to rate at 225 Ahr at 20 Hrs. My battery monitor settings are:
CA: 0443.6 AH
Full V: 015.2 V
Zer0 V: 011.8 V
PowOff: 008.2V
Alarm: 170.0 AH
Atten: 0.700%

My questions are:
1. are these setting ok for the battey I have? If not can you point out which is incorrect? and what would be the correct setting?
2. My Monitor start beeping after 5-minutes of running the inverter. Even when the remaining charge ( below the 100 % Cap) say >23. Cureent Draw is 10-15 A. Why would alarm turns on?

I have emailed Renogy about this but have not heard so I figure to tap the community for guidance. Thank you in advance

Have you synchronized the monitor with your batteries?

Might take 3-4 charge/discharge cycles.

I prefer the Victron bmv 712
