I see on their website that it says they "currently no longer offer live support through our toll free number" but they claim that they will get back to you as quickly as possible for all urgent priority issues if you submit a request via their "Submit a request" page on the website (
HERE). They don't say how they will get back to you, i.e. if they will call you back or if by email.
However, if you do not have access to their website because you have no data, then I suppose you'd have to get on the internet using an alternative method (or whatever method you are using to access iRV2).
Did you already try their suggestion to reset the APN if having no access to data? They said to make sure the APN is configured to "wholesale" and then reboot (or put in airplane mode for a few seconds).
