Looking at adding an LTE antenna on a telescoping pole on my ladder; and will need to route cables on the roof a few to several feet to drop into a cabinet.
In the long past, I remember seeing/using some plastic C-shaped cable securers. Roughly 2"l x 1"w, with the "C" on the long dimension. Various sizes, 1/4" through at least 1". Big enough to secure a piece of 1/2" painted conduit, with the wires routed inside; made for a clean installation. They had sticky on the back, so after you peel and stick, they generally stayed put. They were great because you did not need to drill a hole to mount them. Mounting on the roof, I would probably add some eterna bond double sided tape.
I've seen some folks using the zip-tie pad set in dicor, and the using a zip-tie (hopefully UV resistant) to secure the wires. Functional, but the wiring insulation is exposed to UV... not ideal in AZ. There has to be a better way.
Would appreciate info on what you are using; pics are even better...
