Shaw Sat Reception Update

Any one know what's happening with Shaw Sat reception south of the 45th? We were in Arizona/Las Vegas last March and I could tell Shaw were realigning their satellites. Channels were fading from hd to sd to no signal etc... Any Canadian Shaw customers Down there now that can confirm reception or what is happening?

I'm not positive , but it could be , that after the fight that Shaw ( Star Choice ) and Expressview put up to keep Direct and other US providers out of Canada , and the counter measures from the USA , that Shaw has finally had to comply with the non distribution of signal into US air space that shut down Expressview years back.

Do you have an automatic rooftop dish, or a portable?

I was in AZ the same time as you, and other than bad weather / high wind days, didn't really have any trouble getting HD signal.
