At home all our TVs use Roku devices to connect to our home internet. It works but wasn't particularly fast, and often the streamed transmission hangs due to data buffering.
When T-Mobile installed a 5G tower not far away, we decided to pull the plug on our expensive Suddenlink contract and installed a T-Mobile 5G Gateway. It seems to be 5 times faster than with Suddenlink and cost just $50 monthly. Excellent!

In our RV we also have a Roku device attached to our TV, but instead of T-Mobile, we use Verizon with one of our iPhone's personal hotspot. With Verizon we have unlimited data with no reduction with usage. This works quite well, although it always depends on location. We may install a weBoost cellphone signal booster eventually.

Hope that helps!
