Third Party Cellular Plans/Resellers

Go into third-party resellers with eyes open. They are great till they are not! The major cell companies could blacklist the expensive device and it can NOT be used on any of the major networks and you re just out the money you paid for the device.

Over the last 5 years I have been thru a number of the 3rd party resellers. Absolutely correct, it is ok until it isn't. Service fails, need new sim card, over and over. As always, let the buyer beware. "Many people are gullible, and we can expect this to continue." P. T. Barnum

That's why I only use a cellular router with imei repair ability now. I replaced my 4g Peplink device with another Chester a while back.

Ahhh yes, The "IMEI Repair" ability. I use Pepwave and they are not IMEI Repair friendly.

Me too. I resisted going down that path for a while but I lost patience with the lack of good reasonably priced plans for routers. A little bit of "magic" certainly opens a whole new world.
