Togo Connect C2 Linked to WifiRanger

I bought a Togo Connect C2 late last year when they were on sale. I wasn't happy about the ATT cancelling of the year long unlimited data plan. I am happy about the roof top wifi performance of the Togo. I decided to hard wire the Toto internal Ethernet port to the WAN Ethernet port of the WifiRanger.

The performance is good. It is faster using the Togo as a WIFI client and the WifiRanger as a wireless access point, with each radio only having to serve one purpose. I hid the SID of the Togo and now log into it via its Ethernet IP address when I connect via WIFI to the WifiRanger.

I bought outdoor rated, UV resistant shielded cable to go up to the rooftop TOGO from the WifiRanger. I hid the SID of the TOGO and now only use it via the Ethernet downlink to the WifiRanger.

I will use the Togo to connect to WIFI when available or my Trucks Onstar LTE WIFI hotspot with unlimited ATT data.

I will also use the WifiRanger to connect via USB to my Visible phone unlimited to rate limited data plan.

I am currently using the Poplar WifiRanger because the Aspen is out of stock. Eventually I will buy the Aspen and move the Poplar to my house for backup when the CATV Internet service is down.
