Need some help folks.
I have a TrackVision 4 that spins forever and never finds the satellite.

Symptoms:
All lights are green except for the antenna light on the receiver box. That light is steady red.
Dome spins endlessly.
I connected a serial cable to the low speed data port and I don't see any data. It won't take any commands. I followed the directions to connect to this port to the letter and I can't seem to get data. I tried both straight serial cables as well as crossover cables. Still no data.

Can anyone help? Any ideas?

Who do you get your data from? Have you talked to them? If you have a carrier, I'd call their service department for help.
