TracStar SV360 for Dish

Is anyone using TracStar sv360 with Dish? If so, could you tell me what kind of a receiver do you have?

The 211Z (if you bought it new) needs to download a software update before you can run the regular setup/activation routine. It does not do this well on any RV dish except one that is a fixed dish (like a Trav'ler or a tripod mount). Either have your dealer activate it for you or "borrow" a fixed dish from a neighbor and activate it.

That is interesting! But the Dish distributor I had to work it, he did setup his own portable dish and updated something. I wasn't there at that moment when he did that, but he later told me that he watched some programs on TV. Anyway, I also purchased a 211K and will test it with that, see if that makes any difference.

I just purchased a Winegard Roadtrip Mission In-motion and replaced my TracStar. I just couldn't get the TracStar to work with Dish - sold it on eBay for $500.
