TV Antenna Rattles, how to tighten?

Our non folding winegard tv antennae rattles at hwy speeds. I have taken off the inside ratchet-stop knob to try to see how to tighten it up a bit. Not obvious way to do it. There is no nut for instance. Any ideas?

Thanks.

If you are talking about a batwing what I did was glue a piece of foam to the roof under each end of wing.
