Pick one - you have $150/month to spend and initial costs can be considered equal....

Define TV. Do you mean satellite? Over the air? Cable?
I am not really sure what you are asking us to do? I'm going to need at least a basic explanation of what you are asking before I vote.

I'm assuming since this an RV forum, you are asking about packages that can be used when moving about the country, which means satellite to me.
Internet of course. With internet you can also have television. But those streaming packages add up in a hurry....

Internet because TV is so dumb...you can always get "dumb" on the internet if you really want that, but at least you'd have an option.

If I'm interpreting the OP correctly, then I pick internet. I can stream TV on the internet.

Internet. I've never paid for TV in my life. If it doesn't come free over the air, I'll never see it.

Is the OP talking about on the road or at home?
At home my total bill for Internet & cable is under the amount asked. Cable doesn’t always have what I want but is available on free OTA TV. We also stream from Amazon Prime inclusive of Brit box.
While in the RV, watching OTA TV is of course free as is park internet or WI-FI but all three are iffy. If cell service is available and has a strong signal I’ll use it to access the internet via iPhone via Consumer Cellular. Our experience is that CG WI-FI and internet access is mostly crap, but same can be said for OTA TV.

At home I can get 100 OTA channels. If you have internet and a Samsung TV, Samsung has their own network which has 200 channels. It’s not original programming, but lots of old shows, movies, music, etc. As far as streaming, I can always find something good on HBO Max.
On the road I bring DVDs and books for entertainment.

I would say the Internet like others has said if I have internet I can get TV. My setup in my coach works equally well at my sticks and bricks and what I use when I'm home. My 44.00 a-month Calyx T-Mobile service is faster than my Cox Cable Connection which costs me 100 bucks monthly and is more reliable during storms and power outages
