Unable to clear cookies and cache on Vists OS

I could clear cookies and cache on our Windows 7 but it cratered and I've had to fall back on my old Vista, but no idea how to do it now.

Any help on this old HP laptop. Unable to access my credit card account and was told the account was overloaded with cookies. Thanks.

Cookies are related the browser you are using. It will help if you include that in the post.
Which browser are you using? (Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.)

It's probably not the cookies. The most current version of Firefox that runs on Vista is only 52.9.0esr... a very, very long way from the world's standard at 100.2. Your credit card website is most likely blocking the browser from logging in because it doesn't meet minimum security standards, not a cookie issue. If you're not even up to 52, it's most likely because you don't have TLS 1.2 support enabled or even functional TLS 1.3 support (which was only in alpha in 52).

If you have a mobile phone or tablet, it's likely you can log in from there much easier than from a Vista laptop.
