USB Outlets?
The new travel trailers I have been looking at have more usb outlets than 110 outlets. Are there adapters to switch them? Also will these have enough power to operate a toaster, coffee pot or air fryer?

USB charger outlets are DC(Direct Current) and low voltage
They cannot be used for household appliances like toasters that run on 120 Volts AC (Alternating Current).
Completely different usage and wiring.
DC is normally supplied with a battery or battery charger or a converter that changes AC to DC
and filters it down to 12 volts.
AC is coming off a pedistal at a campgrd or an outlet from your home
It will be 120 Volts but Alternating Current.
You should likely do some google searches to educate yourself on the differences at least.

If it has a 110v outlet, it will be on a shared circuit with the rest of the RV. It's dependent on what all is already on that particular circuit. But as far as the actual plug goes, it's good for 15 amps.
If it's a USB-only outlet, there is likely no conversion possible- the manufacturer pulled 12v from battery to the wall plate instead since it's faster and easier to use zip cord.

Curious are they the regular USB? Or the newer Type C?
If you dont know the difference no worries.
Your best bet will be to use surge protectors if you want to add 120v outlets in spots. Not the end of the world. Many have tabs on the back so you can mount the surge protector to the wall.

Those are for adding USB plugs to 120v sources of power. The OP reports the opposite problem, too many USB and not enough 120v outlets.

I have several of the multi-outlet setups, but mine also has a nightlight on it. For years I have had nightlights to see by when I wake up in the middle of the night. We also most of the time get up well before daylight.

My fault, completely mis-read OP's post.
