Verizon Call Filter

Is anyone with Verizon cellular service and Motorola phone using the Verizon Call Filter spam blocker? I can install it on my Motorola One Action but it won't open. The screen just keeps saying "Checking account status__Please wait".

It works great on Annette's I-Phone XR!

Still scratching my head on this one! I spent an hour on the phone with Verizon tech support today with no solution, then went to the local Verizon store with the same results!

Now when I try to open it it says "cannot connect to the server".

I thought that I had this setup on my iPhone. Apparently, they updated the app and it was reset. I just attempted to set it up again and I get the same error. Cannot connect to server at this time. Try again later.

It's certainly nothing we can fix on our end.

I'm gonna call Verizon again today and insist on being transferred to advanced tech support. I'll let you know the results!
