Ordered booster yesterday afternoon and received it this am. No opportunity for whinning on that service.

Hooked the thing up to my laptop with Verizon V620. I live out in a black hole signal wise. My V620 was recording a 27% reception which will work but a little slow. Plugged in booster - signal went to 100% and a friend of mine in Colgne where the tower sits says a little puff of smoke rose off the top of the tower. OK so that's not true but the 100% reception is true.

Now for the real test out in the valley where our cabin sits up in the Big Horn mts Buffalo Wy.

Hope it works on my cell phone too.

I'll be watching for your test report from your cabin. I hope it works, since we are interested in such a setup.

OK Terry, I'll try posting from the cabin and then further up the mtn until I get out. I can't go out there until my Bobcat 863 gets out of the hospital. I gotta move some dead trees. It's fun.

Thanks for responding, I was starting to think there was no interest although being Irish I don't mind posting to myself.

Well, it helped a little but nowhere near what I expected. I was able to get a much stronger signal but I was never able to actually get onto the internet. Oh well, I'll keep trying but as for now I would not recommend the Smooth Talker for Verizon V620 internet connection.
