Visible Upgrade?

I've been using a Visible SIM in a Verizon 7730 jetpack for the last 3 years. At $25/mo. it was a deal. Worked well for us.
So I did the "upgrade" to the $30 plan and -$5 for PayPal autopay. It's different. Can't get it work to work well in my jetpack. I have it in a Google Pixel 4XL and wifi hotspot to a router - working OK.
Anyone dom=ne this with a jetpack and maybe have a configuration setting on the jetpack for the new visible service?

Hey Phil, you need to change the APN to vzwinternet. With the new Visible came lower ping times and a new APN. I hope this helps

Slightly off topic, but how did you manage to get the Paypal discount when you upgraded? I couldn't get it to apply and the online "help" was worthless.

Stupid offer - Not applicable to current customers, only new. Well, I don't use the Visible service for a "phone",just hotspot service; so the number means nothing to me. I cancelled my service and had my DW start a new service - big deal - 24 hours for the new sim to arrive and we are back at 25/mo. instead of 30.
Why do these companies not offer "deals" to, good, existing, customers.
Just one of my pet peaves.
