Was locked on signal, not can't get locked!

I have a Winegard RoadTrip SD (stationary) dish and DirecTV. When we pulled into our campsite Monday I was able to get the satellite to connect no problem. We were able to watch TV Monday and Tuesday nights.

This morning, I got the 711 code that the signal was lost. My FW has not moved and there are no trees or anything else that could block the signal.

I have restarted the receiver box and gone through the same steps I always do to connect it up quite a few times but cannot get a signal. The dish is moving on the roof.

Any ideas as to what might be going on?

When you cycle the Winegard antenna does it hunt then acquire the satellite and remain quiet or does it hunt and stop hunt and stop??

Usually I just turn the TV, receiver, and dish on and let it go. It hunts for the signal and stops, then downloads the guide data. Now the dish just hunts until it gives up and says no signal. This has happened before but only when trees were in the way and I was just crossing my fingers.

The part that makes it odd is that I had a signal for two days and now it can't find it.

If you haven't done this already start checking each connection starting at the receiver and working up to the antenna. Unscrew each coax connection and check for tightness and corrosion. Then re-run your setup routine.
