I have responded to your PM which included all the same information. I'm quite willing to work with you to resolve your problems.
As I told you in my response, disconnecting from park WiFi is often more a function of the WiFi you are connecting to than it is the Ranger. A much more reliable measure of performance is to have the Ranger connected to a cellular hotspot. Furthermore, you should check to see if the Failover function has been enabled; there are reasons why it is shipped with Failover disabled, but you should enable it for routine use.
Since you now have no WiFi broadcast at all, you may need to contact your RV dealer for warranty service. You most definitely do have warranty coverage, but it has to be exercised through the dealership.
