Wifi Ranger Problems from day one

We recently bought a new Bay Star 3408 with the Wifi Ranger Denali/Spruce. The first few days it worked sort of but kept disconnecting from the park Wifi so I requested help from Wifi Ranger. (By this time we had left the dealership and were enroute to California for the winter).
I started looking at the control panel and realized that the Spruce would not pair with the Denali after I got an email from Wifi Ranger support suggesting that the disconnect could indicate we were only using the Spruce. After days of waiting for support to respond I tried some troubleshooting and decided to reset to factory defaults. After i did that, the Spruce is no longer broadcasting. I have done the complicated factory reset several times, thinking I messed it up but still no broadcast from Denali or Spruce. Two weeks later, I have had a few emails from them saying they are so busy and twice they said can we call you? Which of course I said YES! They never call, they rarely write and I am frustrated completely.
I have tested power (DC) and it's good to both devices. I tried connecting my macbook to the spruce and cannot get to the control panel, or ping the router although the connection shows on. I tried connecting directly to the Denali but the connection blinks up and down and I cannot ping it.
Any suggestions?

I have responded to your PM which included all the same information. I'm quite willing to work with you to resolve your problems.

As I told you in my response, disconnecting from park WiFi is often more a function of the WiFi you are connecting to than it is the Ranger. A much more reliable measure of performance is to have the Ranger connected to a cellular hotspot. Furthermore, you should check to see if the Failover function has been enabled; there are reasons why it is shipped with Failover disabled, but you should enable it for routine use.

Since you now have no WiFi broadcast at all, you may need to contact your RV dealer for warranty service. You most definitely do have warranty coverage, but it has to be exercised through the dealership.
