WiFiRanger/Skypro LTE ??

I have WiFiRanger with Skypro LTE as an installed option on a 2019 DSDP that I have just taken delivery. I have setup the LAN and connect 2 laptops, 2 iPhones, and printer (all by Wifi) . I also have successful connect to several different CG wifi and established internet connect with adequate speed.
My problem: I have not been able to use a cellular connection. What is the point in the SIM card and the instruction on how to change or replace the card. I obviously don't have a good understanding of the capabilities of the SkyPro or how this cellular thing works. (the dealer had no understanding of anything related to the WFRanger).

I believe you have to call the cellular provider for whatever service you want to use to subscribe and enable a sim card.

Well that makes sense. Does that allow the WiFi ranger to become a "hotspot" without having to tether a jetpack, mobley, etc?

Yes that is the advantage of what you have... One device that does it "all"!
Take some time and read the following link:

It appears my WiFiRanger SkyPro LTE has an AT&T sims card preinstalled. apparently you have a choice between Tmobile, Version or AT&T and Newmar choose AT&T. The SIM card can be change by accessing the antenna unit on the roof. Doable but not easily.
