Winegard Playmaker or Winegard G2+

I've looked at both of these Winegard products. I've read that the dish itself is larger in the G2+. I have a brand new Arctic Fox fifth wheel and would like to use the existing cable that was factory installed.

I contacted Winegard directly and they said that they would recommend not using the factory installed cabling. Hmm.

Then I asked if I chose to use the existing cable which would have the better chance of performing per spec. The reply was the Playmaker, because the G2+ requires RG6 quad vs RG6. Hmmm. I'm going to be using a DISH Wally as the receiver.

All input would be most appreciated. I do not want to rewire the rig if possible.

Is the existing house cable RG6? If not you will need to replace it anyway.
A few things to consider before deciding: Future plans to run more than 1 TV, the Playmaker has just 1 cable connection so only 1 receiver can be used. G2 and/or the Pathway(s) can connect to 2 receivers.
Looks to me like the Playmaker is a remake of the Tailgater carry out which I have and it works fine with cable runs of 100' of RG6. I also have a Pathway purchased this year to run 2 TVs and use the same RG6 with 100' cable and it works although Winegard does recommend RG6 Quad if using more than 25' with this.
You might be OK with G2 using RG6 Quad from antenna to the RV then connecting to existing cable if it is RG6.

I use the G2+ with regular RG6 upto 50' with no problems. Haven't tried anything longer. Using it with Dish Wally. I did find the cable wiring in my 2015 Couger 5th wheel to be faulty though. Solved the issue by installing a bulkhead cable connector and bypassed all the existing wiring. This also eliminated upto 20' of cable and numerous connectors.
