Winegard SK-1000 Trav'ler antenna with Wally
Is anyone using the Winegard SK-1000 Trav'ler satellite antenna with the Dish Wally receiver?

Best place to get an answer is Winegard Customer Support.

I have two Wallies on my Trav'ler 1000 and it works perfectly. If it's a newer model with the Pro Hybrid LNB, a SKDPHPI power inserter kit is required for two Wallies, but no inserter is required for one Wally.

The user manual shows a power inserter DPH42 in the line going to the Wally but that's on the diagram showing using four Wally receivers and I will only be using one.

If you are only using one Wally you don't need a power inserter at all. Even the newer Pro Hybrid model will work with a single Wally and no inserter or adapters. I found that out when my inserter/splitter quit.
