NO LNB Voltage

Hi everyone,

I am getting a “ NO LNB Voltage” on my Winegard Travel’r, I ran a new coax cable today and am still getting the same message. Can anyone help with this?

Thanks

Go back to page one and you'll see that I was getting the NO LNB VOTAGE message as well and I swapped out the coax and then changed the LNB and it didn't solve the issue so I had to pull the turret and send it in for service. A broken wire inside the turret was the problem. It was gone 3 wks and I feel that Winegard was awesome throughout the process with me.

I have spoken to wineguard, They are sending me a replacement coax cable and a new LNB, The tech said if that doesn’t fix the issue then it’s probably the turret. So once I get these I’ll replace and see what happpens. Is the Turret hard to get apart? In case I have to send it to wineguard
Thanks all!

The turret is easy to remove and replace. They will send you instructions on how to do it. I did mine it took about 45 minutes.

We had a short power outage while my Traveler was about 50% of the way being stowed. Now it will not move or finish with the stowing. Any suggestions?

Are there any messages shown on the control box when you try turning it back on, or does the box not turn back on?

Very happy with Winegard tech support. I have sent an issue to their help line and get a response/call back in under and hour. I've had a satellite acquisition issue and they have been very helpful.

Jeff, I presume then that replacing the turret does not require breaking the seal between the unit and the roof? ...the turret attaches to the base that is sealed to the roof?

I didn't have to break the seal. If I remember right I think that they sent me a new base plate also. Yes the turret is attached to the base plate. I didn't use it. The instructions are very good and like I said its very easy. The hardest part is getting the new one up to the roof to install it. Use a rope and a friend on a ladder and all should go easy.

Thanks, Jeff. While the turret is off, is anything exposed to the weather that should not be? I read in the replacement instructions something about a vapor barrier...
