Winegard Traveller T4 or DISH Wally Problem?

Need some help getting pointed in right direction. Here are the facts:
DISH diagnostics screen reports satellites 110, 119 and 129 all with strong signal and “locked”. But switch status only shows 110 and 119 with green check mark, 129 is not listed. Therefore, I do not get the channels supported by this satellite.
Have run all the DISH recommended restarts, tests, check connections etc. No love. I don’t know what may be causing a switch status problem. So, the question: is this likely a Dish Wally, Wingard Traveller, coax cable or another issue? Any pointers will be much appreciated.

Call Dish and let them know the issue. Could be a program issue, maybe on their end.

For clarification. The antenna is a Winegard Traveler - open reflector, 3 LNB. Not a dome type antenna. Correct?

What is the switch type being set?

Likely better equipment tech support via Winegard than Dish.

Might need to run the check switch setup.

Where are you ?

129 is very low in the sky, up in central NY. I have to shoot between tree tops, across the river, to pick it up.

Get “Dish for My RV” app. It only shows the Dish satellites and is powered off the satellites themselves. No internet or cell connection needed. This will show if 129 is visual-able.

I had similar issues after changing a trav'ler from direct to dish and could never get all three satellites locked in. Lots of work through winegard as dish said it was an equipment issue. Different DPH42 switches, wires, etc. Winegards can't be serviced in the field and my next option was to send the turret back to winegard for a fix. I went with RF Mogul's Eagle satelitte instead which has worked very well. It's quicker than Winegard and can be serviced in the field instead of having to send it back. Lot's of trav'lers seem to go out after 3 or 4 years.

Remove the LNB from the end of the arm. Loosen and retighten all of the coax connections. Do the same on the other end of the coax cables. Slight amounts of corrosion on the coax conductor causes poor transmission. I've had exactly the same symptoms a couple of times and cleaning the connections cleared it up.

Try disconnecting the coax into the receiver. Then do a full receiver reset; that'll clear out old stuff. Then reconnect the coax and do the same.

btw.... does the Winegard show an asterisk next to all 2 sats?

So today I get 119 and 129

Again all 3 satellites locked but only 2 show on swtch status. I used to get all 3 switches. Will get up on roof and disconnect , clean and reconnect. Thanks for all the ideas team!
