All -

We're about to purchase a '23 Winnebago View, and found that its rear view camera only operates when in reverse. Would like to add a wireless camera and monitor so we can keep an eye on the Jeep while we're underway. Any recommendations?

Disconnect the reverse trigger light.

Depending on the system make/model, you may or may not be able to control the reverse lines - if controllable, hopefully the monitor reverse and the reverse lines are controlled separately.

Thanks, but I'd rather not mess with the system, both for warranty purposes, and I'd prefer a stand-alone rear view camera and monitor.
