Don’t take this the wrong way...why not take the money your going to have to reinvest and get a coach that is in better shape? I say this not knowing what appliances you have to replace but being a tech in the industry...nothing you are asking about is cheap or easy

Well here is an option I did find, how much of your 450AH usable it will use is the ????

Looking at the Specs it will use 100-150 AH to heat the water and if one went to a
high temp(no kids I hope) mix well it should work. Replenishing the battery might be the problem.

Buy a portable tankless propane water heater like this.

I've used one on my boat for 10 years.
