17 DS Dometic Toilet Problem.

One of our toilets won’t hold water after flushing. When I flush the toilet, the bowl fills with water and slowly drains down to nothing. Any suggestions?

Dometic

There have been posts (with pictures) on fixing this but basically spraying some mild soap and gently pushing the plastic disk down should help it seal properly. If not the tube might need to be raised and zip-tied up. The part is number 10. you can call the number below and they can help if you need replacement parts as well.

With the value wide open, reach in with a rag and wipe the underside of the seal as much as you can. Something my be stuck on it that you can't see.

do not use a stiff brush to clean the seal, it can damage the edge of the seal.
