1977 Dodge B-300 Sportsman MotorHome

Soooo this is my project
77 dodge sportman (b-300) with the 318 with three on the tree.... basicaly gutted out from previous owners. theres no AUX Battery Bank) so its running off the chassis battery...
Theres no electric panel either, old generator ripped out with stove and fridge... got lp propane so i might keep it...
But im seriously focused on re doing the electrical, replaceing ballast resistors, ignitiong control modules pick up coils, voltage regulator and connector, start relays alternator regulators, im gonna replace all my vaccum lines and hoses and belts...
Adjust the Timing, replace exhaust manifold gasket, and possibly the oil filter gasket... so im gonna have a fun time... but after i get everything replaced and spinning like a top, and basically everything electrical works im gonna be Using like four deep cycles for aux bank cause i wanna go solar... so if im starting from stratch where should i start??? Just replace everything i can and start drawing up blueprints for where my recepticles and outlets and switches are gonna be? Do i have to make a new electrical panel what so i do im kinda lost.....
all the wires in him look old as **** and probably original wiring ... ive replaced just about everything ON the motor got 85k on the odometer.

Whats should be my back bone blueprint of what i should do

I would suggest searching the interwebs for similar projects already done or in progress. I have to think there are some blogs, etc. that are out there. They would give good insight on issues and ideas.

I will throw one out there, consider going lithium batteries if you can swing it. They work better with solar. That said, I get by just fine using 150 watts of panels and a single group29 lead acid "deep cycle" in my Roadtrek van.
Try to do an actual estimate of electrical usage to help zero in on what exactly you need. Four batteries seems overkill to me for what you are trying to accomplish but I don't know what your needs/wants are.
